Single-ply roofing is constructed using flexible sheets of compounded synthetic materials manufactured for strength, flexibility, and durability.
Typically a variety of attachment methods is used to secure a single-ply roofing system, including mechanically attached, fully adhered or with the use of ballast. Most single-ply systems do not require surfacing.

Thermoplastic membranes can be softened repeatedly when heated and harden when cooled. On the other hand, thermoset membranes set irreversibly once heated. Single-ply roofing systems perform well in extreme weather conditions and are not compromised in the presence of chemical elements. They are lightweight and reflective. Single-ply roofing installation is easy and affordable.
